His roots lie in an eastern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, where he grew up in quite a musical family. After graduating, Kenny P moved to Arizona to study music at ASU. While in Arizona, Ken wrote and played music, starting to form his very particular style as a singer/songwriter. Ken later moved back to Ohio and began dating his, now wife, Nicole. Together, they hosted what Cleveland Scene Magazine named "Best Open Mic 2015" in Cleveland. After many visits to Nashville together, they knew it was where they must be. They married, built a “tiny house on wheels”, and hit the road. Kenny P now plays some of the best honky tonks in Nashville, TN. Kenny P has been featured on NBC’s The Voice. Recently, he has performed in many cities including Cleveland, Houston, Muscle Shoals, Bowling Green, Nashville, and more! The music he writes and performs has a blues and soul vibe with his personal touch of funk.
